The father and uncle of a 19-year-old girl, who was allegedly tortured and electrocuted to death along with her boyfriend in a case of honour killing in New Delhi on monday, have been arrested, police said on Tuesday. Suresh Kumar Saini and Om Prakash, father and uncle respectively of the victim Asha Saini, were arrested for allegedly committing the gruesome murder.
